Who we are

FBA Strategy and Advisory ("FBA", "we") is an independent consulting practice founded by Fatima Albusaeedi in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For questions about this policy or your data, contact advisory@fatimaalbusaeedi.me.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Request for proposal details: organization information, contact details, project requirements, commercial information and any documents or links you provide.
• General enquiries: your name, email address, organization and message.
• Consent records: the time you acknowledged this policy and whether you opted in to marketing updates.
• Limited technical data processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as IP address and request metadata. We keep a salted hash of your IP address for a short period solely to limit repeated submissions.

How we use it

• To review your request, respond to you and prepare proposals.
• To send an acknowledgment of your submission and, where agreed, to correspond with you.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the separate optional marketing box. You can withdraw this at any time.

Documents you upload

Uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are available only to authorized administrators of the practice. They are not published and are not attached to notification emails. Please upload only what is relevant to your request, and make sure you are entitled to share it. Avoid uploading passwords or highly sensitive personal data.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use infrastructure and service providers to operate this site. These include Cloudflare (hosting, database, private file storage, access control and spam protection) and a transactional email provider for acknowledgment and notification emails. These providers process data on our instructions and may process it outside the UAE. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• RFP records and documents are kept while the enquiry or engagement is active and for a limited period afterwards.
• Records marked closed or lost are deleted automatically after the retention period configured for the practice (currently 24 months).
• You may ask us to delete your submission earlier, subject to any legal or contractual obligation to retain it.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access-controlled admin tools, private file storage, input and file validation, and spam protection. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to advisory@fatimaalbusaeedi.me and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam-protection check may use technical storage that is strictly necessary to tell people from bots. If we introduce analytics, it will be privacy-preserving, and we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
